Science Research Achievement |
Since 1979, Our university gets about 480 research subjects,
among which there are about 105 subjects reach country
and province level. Many achievements have reached advanced
level in our country. About 80 achievements win various
awards. During 2000, our university won 18 achievements
above provincial awards.
Our university gets close attract with the society by
writing, resulting. More than 12 teachers in our university
are experts in shanghai government. More teachers take
part in country and local legislation.

The Construction of subjects |
Our university has complete law subject research foundation
and research members, Law subject research keep ahead
in our country'university, about wins the seventh place.
The majors which can show our university level are : the
History of Law, International Law, Economic Law and Penal
Law.
There are many research institutes, the contents cover
society, politics, economic and culture fields. The achievements
include theoretical and practical operation. Every year,
many achievements devote to the society. It becomes the
Law theoretical and practical research center in Shanghai.

Academic Periodicals |
In order to set up precise brand consciousness, try
to set up periodical brands, in accordance to the development
of new century, Our university formed magazine agency
in July. It is made up with 'Law study', 'East China university
of Politics and Law Periodical', 'Youth Guilty Problem'
and 'Guilty study'. It is a new way to make our university
periodical more strong, and it plays an active role to
promote the construction of subjects and the development
of academic research, to prospect science of law study.
At present, the preparations have finished. Four periodicals
have started to work to realize sharing resources, to
play whole advantages.
