The East China University of Politics
and Law is one of the most famous universities in China.
Students could be given Doctor's Degree for the subjects
such as History of Law, Criminal Law, Economic Law and
International Law. In ECUPL, there are also JM degree
and LL.M degree including Jurisprudence, History of Law,
Constitution Law, Administration Law, Criminal Law, Civil
and Business Law, Procedure Law, Economic Law, Environment
and Resource Protection Law, International Law and so

than these, we still have got degrees for
the students in active service and the teachers in altitude
universities. And we also get the qualification to accept
the applicants for Doctor's and Master's Degree, who comes
from other countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Tai Wan
of China.As far as the September of 2005, we already have
got the graduate students in study up to

more than two thousand two hundred and
fifty. About one hundred and fifty for Doctor's Degree,
nine hundred for Master's Degree, six hundred and seventy
for JM Degree, and another five hundred and thirty students
in active service for JM Degree.
The Graduate School is the function department
for the education and management for all the graduate
students. We have seven department offices, which take
charge the affairs containing students recruiting, students
training, degrees conferring, job hunting, students
affairs, joint programmes, administration and so on.
Our

| responsibility is the
students application, entrance examination, matriculation,
education, training, status management, application and
interview for Degree Thesis, diploma issuing, degree awarding,
job guidance, dispatchment of the graduates, mentality
and politics education, daily management and the Development
work of the Party, for the graduate students including |

the students for Doctor's Degree, for Master's
Degree, for Specialty Degree, the students in active service
for Specialty Degree, the students from Hong Kong, Macao
and Tai Wan area, joint programme students, for the students
in active service apply for the Master's Degree upon the
Equal Educational Level and other different kinds students.
